By accessing and using Stormybright Socials ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Stormybright Socials is a social media management platform provided by South Atlantic Technology Partners LLC. Our service includes a Postiz instance and CRM system, both hosted on our Linode infrastructure. We provide tools for managing social media accounts, scheduling posts, and analyzing social media performance.

3. User Accounts

To use our service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Transmit malicious code or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others

5. Privacy and Data

Our technology provider, South Atlantic Technology Partners LLC, hosts and maintains all infrastructure, including our CRM system, on their Linode servers. We do not share or sell your information to other third parties.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall South Atlantic Technology Partners LLC, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which South Atlantic Technology Partners LLC operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
